Bookings and confirmations
A booking is based on the route, pickup date and time, stopovers, passenger count, luggage, vehicle option and contact details you provide. Your confirmation and booking reference are used by our team to plan the ride and contact you if anything needs clarification.
Prices and payments
The fare shown at booking is fixed for the agreed ride details. If you change the route, add stopovers, increase passengers or luggage, request waiting time, or need a different vehicle, we may need to review and update the fare before the trip.
Changes and cancellations
You can request changes or cancellation from your account or by contacting us with your booking reference. We review requests based on pickup time, driver planning, payment status and whether a suitable vehicle is still available.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers should be ready at the agreed pickup point, provide a reachable phone number, enter accurate flight details when flight tracking is requested, and ensure luggage and special requirements are shared before pickup.
